#1 – The Simplicity of Salvation.
The course is simple! This is something we are told many times. Simply be aware of the block to Love’s presence, however it manifests, and turn to Jesus or the Holy Spirit and hand it over. However while this is the simplicity of what we are being asked to do, it is not something we can rush in to before we have done the work required. To do so is to allow the cherished forms of our defenses against doing this truly to remain, undisturbed and untouched. We need to be willing to see the purpose behind our “little” resistances, to see what they stand for, and thus against, if we are to make a meaningful choice or just swap one illusion for another.

And now there is a vague unanswered question, not yet “explained.” What is this precious thing, this priceless pearl, this hidden secret treasure, to be wrested in righteous wrath from this most treacherous and cunning enemy? It must be what you want but never found. And now you “understand” the reason why you found it not. For it was taken from you by this enemy, and hidden where you would not think to look. He hid it in his body, making it the cover for his guilt, the hiding place for what belongs to you. Now must his body be destroyed and sacrificed, that you may have that which belongs to you. His treachery demands his death, that you may live. And you attack only in self-defense. T-23.II.11.
The motive of the “angry mob”, perhaps.
My motive as I wend my way through life, “No Way!”
Well…”Yes Way!”

Prices in Australia for A Course in Miracles are a bit over the top these days. Whether it is the tyranny of distance or the regional price arrangements online prices are better than even the wholesale prices currently being demanded.
The following was originally a reply to a question asked about how to obtain a copy locally. The answer is – buy it online!

(A possible answer to someone asking about the Course.)
First and foremost you need to understand that the course is a spiritual path/process that is concerned with the inner you.
This inner you is not something that you are normally aware of.
